EUMAX uPVC windows, doors and profiles are manufactured by Eureka Windoor Systems Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eureka Windoor Systems Pvt. Ltd.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit eumaxupvc.com, submit an enquiry or quotation request, apply for a job, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp; how we use that information; who we share it with; and the choices available to you.

It applies to this website only. It does not cover the separate privacy practices of our channel partners, fabricators and dealers, or of any third-party website we link to.

Information you give us directly. When you submit an enquiry form, request a quotation, or use the callback and WhatsApp buttons, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, city or location, and a description of your requirement. If you apply through our careers page, we also collect your résumé or CV and any information contained in it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records certain technical information when you visit, through cookies and similar technologies:

• IP address, and the approximate city or region derived from it
• Pages viewed, time spent on each page, and the page or advertisement that referred you

• Put you in touch with the nearest authorised channel partner, fabricator or dealer who can survey, quote, supply and install

• Meet obligations under applicable law, and to establish or defend legal claims

Authorised channel partners, fabricators and dealers. EUMAX products are supplied across India through a network of authorised partners. When you submit an enquiry, we routinely pass your name, contact details, location and stated requirement to the partner best placed to serve your area, so that they can contact you directly, survey the site and provide a quotation. This is the normal way an enquiry is handled — if you would prefer that we do not pass your details on, tell us when you enquire, or write to us at the address in section 12.

• Service providers. Our website hosting, email, form-handling, analytics and advertising providers process data on our behalf in order to run the site.
• Professional advisers and authorities. We may disclose information where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a government or regulatory authority, or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.
• Group and successor entities. If the business is reorganised, merged or transferred, information may pass to the successor entity under the same protections set out here.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Job applications are retained for a limited period so that we can consider you for suitable openings, after which they are deleted. Where information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or anonymise it.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us, including restricted access to enquiry records and secure transmission of data submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security — but we take the safeguarding of your information seriously and review our arrangements as our systems change.

This website links to third-party sites, including our social media profiles, and embeds content such as YouTube videos and maps. Once you follow a link or interact with embedded content, the third party's own privacy policy governs what they collect. We have no control over those practices and are not responsible for them.

This website is intended for architects, builders, contractors, dealers and homeowners, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, our website or the law. The current version is always published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Material changes will be highlighted here.
